This Privacy Policy explains how Aegean Global (“we,” “us”) handles information in connection with the GrantPath website at grant-path.org and the GrantPath private beta (together, the “Service”). GrantPath is a product of Aegean Global.

When you request a beta invite, we collect the details you provide in the form — your name, email address, organization, organization type, role, what you’re working on, how you heard about us, and your feedback preferences. If you contact us by email, we receive whatever you choose to send.

We use analytics to understand how the site is used and to improve it. This includes Vercel Web Analytics (privacy-preserving and cookieless) and Google Analytics 4, which uses cookies and shares aggregated usage data with Google. We record page views and non-sensitive product events (for example, that a beta-signup form was submitted) — never the contents of any form, grant, document, budget, or other sensitive information. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s browser add-on or your browser’s cookie controls.

How we use information

We use the information you provide to review and respond to your beta request, to operate and improve the Service, to communicate with you about the beta, and to understand how the site is used. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your proposals, budgets, or documents to train AI models.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of vendors to run the Service, including our website host and a form-handling provider that delivers beta-request submissions to us. These providers process information only to provide their services to us.

Data retention

We keep beta-request information for as long as needed to evaluate and administer the beta, and then for a reasonable period afterward, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve given us, and you can opt out of beta-related emails at any time. To make a request, contact us at the address below.

Children

The Service is intended for professionals and is not directed to children under 16.
